The winning solution was presented to Khayal Alwataniya by Openbravo's 2012 Regional Partner of Year, Riyadh-based Tasawr Interactive who is leading the implementation project.
Khayal Alwataniya currently employs more than 400 people in the travel, food and beverage, hospitality, information technology, and construction industries. The group is enjoying rapid expansion, and with rapid growth comes a greater need for closer business management.
In response to this growth, KA decided to provide its companies with proper regulatory oversight, clear vision, fiscal planning, and keen insight into growth opportunities and expansion.

It also wants better customer engagement, including processing mobile and online orders with real-time integration at the Point of Sale, ERP, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
The company wishes to collect customer survey data, and is establishing a new call centre; so a criteria for the new solution searching was a straightforward process and system integration.
