At Lex Consultancy we are seeking a motivated, experienced and ambitious telesales agent for our client, a market leading company with offices in Dublin South. The purpose of the role will be to proactively drive sales revenue through sourcing and closing leads directly as appropriate in line with sales targets. This may also involve interacting with and providing leads to other sales channels where required as part of sales cycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

? Dealing with all inbound sales queries (e.g. phone, email, fax, post) ? ensuring that queries are immediately allocated to the most appropriate point of resolution
? Undertaking outbound sales calls to SME customers in order to meet both personal and team weekly targets
? Engaging positively with prospective customers to ensure an understanding of products and services maintaining an adequate lead to conversion rate
? Identifying customer needs effectively in order to maximise all sales opportunities and meet customer expectations
? Up-selling and cross-selling to new business prospects/existing customers in line with prescribed pricing model and key sales targets
? Accurately capturing and logging required data and process through appropriate systems ? ensuring that all administrative requirements are completed in a timely manner
?? Ensuring that all activity is completed in line with Risk and Compliance guidelines?

Key requirements will include:

? Minimum of one year?s experience in a telephone based sales role proven track record in achieving targets in a B2B service-based industry
? Ability to work under pressure within a team environment
? PC literate with a proficiency in MS Office
? Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
? Excellent communication interpersonal skills
? Good problem solving skills
? Confident professional manner
