Worst Movie Hair: Awful ?Dos, From ?Tootsie? To ?Napoleon Dynamite?

Back in December, the first trailer for ?Rock of Ages? hit the Web. Obviously, the clip was filled with ?80s power ballads, romantic subplots and, according to Catherine Zeta-Jones? character, ?sex, hateful music and sex.?

Then there was the hair: the epically, wig-heavy hair, worn by some of Hollywood?s most famous faces, from Tom Cruise to Alec Baldwin.

It shouldn?t come as a surprise that a film that takes place in 1987 features characters who are hair-sprayed into oblivion. Thankfully, they (sort of) have an excuse: It?s the ?80s!

Unfortunately, there are plenty of other ?dos in movie history that don?t have an entire decade to fall back on. From Javier Bardem in ?No Country For Old Men? to Jim Carrey in ?Ace Ventura,? these characters taught viewers what not to do when selecting a hairstyle.

So, in honor of every wig in ?Rock of Ages,? let?s celebrate some of the worst hairdos ever caught on film.
